All LOCATION ROVERS
This position will be used to fill a variety of shifts, during the scheduled hours of work, throughout the week, Monday thru Sunday. The Rover will be assigned to all locations of work based on the support needs of the individuals as identified by the Scheduling Manager; shift assignments will be subject to daily changes and vacancies in a variety of shifts.
This Rover, full-time relief, MUST have the ability to work in all homes with all individuals.
This position, working closely with the Scheduling Managers, will require a person that is very flexible in their ability to respond to any vacancy, which may arise. This requires someone who is not only trained or has the ability to be trained in all locations, is positive, motivated, outgoing and has the initiative to respond to short notice vacancies and a desire to meet the dynamic shift requirements that can occur with short, to very little notice.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated history of supporting individuals with all levels of support, good computer skills and excellent communication skills including English language skills both written and verbal.
As a team member, the CSW strives to communicate in a considerate, thoughtful and attentive manner with their co-workers and the individuals we support. A CSW will represent the Association courteously and professionally in all interactions that they have with guardians, other agencies and the community at large.
